硅莫红砖是硅莫砖的加强型升级产品，是以高铝矾土、碳化硅、刚玉、红柱石为主要原料，经高压成型、高温烧成，主晶相以莫来石为主的硅莫红砖。 The Alumisic Mullite brick is enhanced product of Alumisic brick, which is made from bauxite, silicon carbide, corundum and Mullite under high pressure formation and high temperature sintering. Its main crystal phase was mainly Mullite. |

其特点有： 1、耐磨性能突出，耐磨系数达到7.5cc,正常使用寿命在12-24个月，提高窑运转率和检修周期可控性； 2、导热系数低，导热系数≤1.2W/m.k,降低了窑的筒体温度，防止回转窑筒体和托轮受热膨胀； 3、体积密度小，有效降低了窑筒体、托轮和动力系统的负荷； 4、热震稳定性高，特别适用于温度变化频繁、机械应力较大的轮带附近过渡带； 5、抗浸蚀能力强，由于具有莫来石相和显微结构与较高致密度，对窑内熟料有较强适应性，能抑制有害物质渗入造成变质破坏，从而延长砖衬的使用寿命。 Its characteristics: 1. Extremely good anti friction performance, in which the anti-friction can reach 7.5cc. Its normal service life was about 12-24 months. Thus it can improve the kiln efficiency and controllability of the maintenance. 2. Its low heat conductivity, ≤1.2W/m.k, can reduce the kiln body temperature and prevent the body and support roller from heat expansion; 3. It is low in bulk density, which can effectively reduce the load on kiln body, support roller and driving system; 4. It is high in thermal shock stability, particularly suitable for transition zone, in which the temperature and mechanical stress fluctuates; 5. It is strong in corrosion resistance. Due to its Mullite phase, microscopic structure and higher density, it has better suitability and can prohibit the deteriorating damage from harmful substance, thus extend the lining service life. |
