一般的涤纶针刺毡的连续工作温度只能达到130℃，若工作温度超过130℃长时间运行，则其强力会损失很多，而且产生很大的收缩，使滤袋的尺寸发生变化，进而影响过滤效果。
我公司采用特殊工艺生产的中温针刺毡，是用玻璃纤维机织布做为基布，再配以优质涤纶（聚酯），PPS等纤维作面层，使其具有断裂强力高，断裂伸长小，热收缩率小，耐温适中等特点，从而满足了工作温度要求在150-170°的工况需要。
按照工况条件的不同要求，我公司可对中温针刺毡做各种功能性处理，如拒水防油、PTFE浸渍，涂层，覆膜等。

The continuous working temperature of polyester needle felt generally only can reach 130 C, if the operating temperature is higher than 130 ℃ run for a long time, its strength will loss a lot, but produce very large shrinkage, make the filter bag size changes, and then affect the filtering effect.
Our company adopts the special craft production in medium temperature needle felt, glass fiber woven is used as fabric, and adding to the high quality of polyester (PET), PPS fiber as the surface layer, so it has the characteristics of high breaking strength, small breaking elongation , small heat shrinkage rate,moderate temperature resistance, so as to meet the the required working temperature in 150-170℃ condition.
According to different requirements of working conditions, our company do various functional processing on the medium temperature needle felt, such as water and oil repellent, PTFE impregnation, coating , laminating and so on.
