在温度低于125℃时，该针刺毡显示出对有机溶剂、氧化剂、无机及有机酸具有良好的抵抗力。丙烯腈均聚体不会水解，因此在低温而有化学腐蚀及潮湿的场合用来取代聚酯。
按照工况条件的不同要求，我公司可对亚克力针刺毡做各种功能性处理，如拒水防油、PTFE浸渍、涂层、覆膜等。
Acrylic needle felt
At temperatures below 125C, this needle felt is shown to have good resistance to organic solvents, oxidizing agent, inorganic and organic acid. Acrylonitrile polymers will not hydrolyze,and therefore in low temperature and the chemical etching and wet place to replace the polyester.
According to different requirements of working conditions, our company can do a variety of functional treatment on acrylic needle felt, such as water and oil repellent, PTFE impregnation, coating , laminating and so on.
